Pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) we inform you that the processing of personal data, even if necessary, "particular", provided during the recruitment request and attached curriculum, aimed exclusively at managing the personnel research and selection procedures, will take place at FEDERIGHI 1926 SpA with registered office in Via Toscoromagnola, 17, Fornacette, PISA, VAT number 02138340506 Tel +39 0587/423211 e-mail [email protected].


The processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means and will include all the operations or set of operations necessary for the processing in question, including the communication to the recipients indicated below.


 The treatment will take place in the ways and within the limits necessary to pursue the aforementioned personnel selection purposes. The data may be communicated to external personnel selection companies and may be made available to employees of the company responsible for processing the CVs, in particular the Personal Office.


Treatment is necessary pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1.b) of the RGPD for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted upon your request. Therefore your personal data will be processed by the Company for purposes related or instrumental to the conduct of research and selection of candidates. Under the GDPR, we inform you that the provision of personal data while being optional is essential for the pursuit of the stated purpose. Your refusal to supply them would totally preclude the Company from evaluating your application.


The personal data collected will be kept for the entire period necessary to achieve the purpose of selecting the personnel and in any case no later than six months from the date of delivery of the curriculum vitae to Federighi 1926 S.p.A. or from the date of the last update communicated to us by the same candidate.


In the phase of research and selection of personnel, the Company does not normally need to collect "particular" data (such as to be intended to reveal, by way of example, the racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, philosophical or other gender, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health and sexual life) in the curriculum only the data necessary to evaluate the candidate's profile and to refrain from indicating such particular data that, if voluntarily inserted or communicated, will be canceled except in case their use is strictly necessary for the pursuit of the search and selection purposes of personnel and the establishment of the employment relationship (eg in the case of belonging to certain protected categories), within the limits en and compliance with the provisions of the law.


If in the CV there were also data relating to third parties (for example contact persons for previous work experience), he / she must ensure that he / she has obtained the consent of these subjects to be contacted by Rinascente to acquire references.


Pursuant to articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, candidates have the right to access personal data, request correction, update and cancellation (if incomplete erroneous or collected in violation of the law) and their portability ( communication in intelligible form of the data to the same interested party or to another owner), as well as to oppose the processing for legitimate reasons and to request its limitation.


To exercise these rights, interested parties can contact the Personal Office of the Holder at the addresses above.


In any case, the interested party is always entitled to propose a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulations, if it considers that the processing of its data is contrary to the law in force.
